Moderator

As a Moderator, it is your job to monitor different public places and to ensure that a safe-space and a friendly community is available to all. You must watch out for any damages caused to other members of the platform and help resolve any conflicts or questions given through the ticket system. You will enforce our behavioural conduct among our platforms.

You are:

• Capable in high pressure situations.
• Capable of evaluating a challenging situation and taking appropriate action.
• Capable of distinguishing comedic remarks from actual harassment.
• Capable of reviewing a situation without the influence of personal bias.

You will be:

• Enforcing our rules and guidelines among our platforms.
• Documenting your actions to the head of the department.
• Open to criticism from your department head and able to effectively communicate with the rest of the team.
