Head of Trust and Safety
As a Head of Trust and Safety, it is your task to manage the moderators in your team and review their work. You will also be responsible for keeping constant communication with the rest of the Board regarding the activities of your department.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute plans to stop, identify, and address harmful behavior on our platforms, such as scams, unwanted messages, offensive language, and bullying.
- Effective leadership abilities, including successfully overseeing motivated teams in a fast and ever-changing setting.
- Extensive understanding of the latest and most effective methods in maintaining trust and safety and a proven track record of implementing successful strategies and guidelines.
- Outstanding skills in analysing and solving problems, with a focus on using data and achieving tangible outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and people skills, capable of forming strong connections with both internal and external individuals involved.
