Head of PR

As a Head of Public Relations, it is your task to manage the Video Editors, Graphic Designers and Instagram Managers in the PR department. You will take care of our social media presence. You will also be responsible for keeping constant communication with the rest of the Board regarding the activities of your department.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Coordinate our social media channels by managing the team and delegating tasks.
  • Inputting your own and other people's creative vision into the process of creating social media materials, including but not limited to Instagram posts, school posters, YouTube/Twitch video content.
  • Maintain a clear calendar with task deadlines and school holidays to help you plan your work as efficiently as possible and making it visible to the rest of the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial. The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely is essential. Adeptness in adapting communication style to different audiences and platforms is also crucial.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining social media channels is necessary.
  • Familiarity with media trends and the ability to identify opportunities for positive media coverage are important skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team are important.
