E-Sports Head

The E-Sports Head will be responsible for planning and executing various events, including but not limited to large and small tournaments, fun streams, and gaming related events. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, be able to work well with people, and the ability to delegate tasks to the relevant team members. You will also be responsible for keeping constant communication with the rest of the Board regarding the activities of your department.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage schedules and plans to ensure each event is executed on time.
• Delegate tasks to relevant team members and oversee their progress.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports on the success of the event.
• Manage event registration and communication to the participants and viewers.
• Handle any issues or problems that may arise during the event.
