Secretary to the Board
As a secretary, it is your responsibility to manage our communications with our partners and to take an organising position on the board. Your tasks include managing our emails, writing minutes, organising and taking part in meetings, and managing our archive.
You are/have:
- A calm and collected approach to solving problems in stressful situations.
- A firm understanding of the English language and its nuances and can voice your thoughts effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to efficiently use a computer for taking minutes during meetings.
- Able to write well-structured, professional emails, documents, and other important texts.
